Ten Outstanding Young People (TOYP) is one of the most prestigious recognition programs of Junior Chamber International (JCI), dedicated to honoring young individuals who demonstrate extraordinary leadership, commitment to service, and excellence in their chosen fields.

Established to highlight the power of youth leadership, TOYP recognizes outstanding achievers aged 18 to 40 who have made significant contributions to society. These individuals represent the values of JCI—active citizenship, ethical leadership, and sustainable impact—and serve as role models for future generations.
